MIT REALITY HACK
2024
For the MIT Reality Hack, our team built an augmented reality Air Traffic Control (ATC) interface ✈️ We used Meta's Quest 3 passthrough and hand tracking capabilities to add a layer of digital information, which can be used on top of existing infrastructure. This app could use real-time data to visualise airplanes, weather patterns and handle communications in a 3D spatial environment.
🏆 We won best Augmented Productivity app, Moonshot Startup pitch, and were runner-ups in the Meta Presence Platform award!
LENS FEST HACKATHON
FINALIST
2023
For the Lens Fest Hackathon, our team created Wise Pals, which enabled Snapchat users to discuss and ask questions to cultural heroes like Albert Einstein or Frida Kahlo. Using the OpenAI integration in Lens Studio, we were able to create live queries and automate discussions based on the character context (such as their work and their time period).
🏆 We won 3rd place and were the audience favourite!
